Hello!!!
My name is Colm and my blogs will be about cakes that I made and cakes that I would like to make.I entered a cake in the teen category in a competition in August and came first even though there were only two cakes in the competition. The cake was Madeira and was shaped and iced like a medieval castle in my local town.This is the cake I made ;]
