Hello again!!

In April of last year I made my Confirmation.The picture above is of my Confirmation cake that I made.The flavour of the cake was Madeira and had a cream filling.The dove on the cake was made from roll out icing that I sculpted the night before the party.Around the middle of the cake is a blue ribbon that I pinned on.

        Next time I`ll be blogging about my brothers Communion cake. Bye!

Hello!!!

My name is Colm and my blogs will be about cakes that I made and cakes that I would like to make.I entered a cake in the teen category in a competition in August and came first even though there were only two cakes in the competition. The cake was Madeira and was shaped and iced like a medieval castle in my local town.
