Rainbow Unicorn Cake

Hello!

                   How are you today?
Last weekend I made a giant 2-tier cake for a family friends going away party. The bottom tier was a 12 inch, five layer rainbow cake with the colours orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
The second tier was a 9 inch chocolate fudge cake. The 2-tiers where then covered in butter cream icing and then coated in multi-coloured sprinkles.

I then placed a unicorn and a rainbow cake topper on top of the cake that I made a week before hand.I found multi-coloured cake bunting that I thought would look nice on the cake and put it behind the unicorn.
The cake was about 2 feet tall, took 10 hours to make and contained 30 eggs!
Hope you enjoyed today's blog.Bye!

What I've been baking this summer.

Hi Again!
How are you all? Today I am showing you five of the cakes I have made over the summer holidays.
The first thing I baked was cupcakes for my class end of school year party in May.I made 25 cupcakes with everyone's name in the class on them and they went down well.

The second cake I am showing you is one that I made for my Dad for ''Fathers Day'' on June 19th. It's a small madeira cake with red butter cream icing and multi - coloured polka-dots.
The third cake I baked was for one of my past teachers in primary school who was retiring after teaching for 41 years. My friends and I presented the cake to her on behalf of the past pupils she thought in St.Annin's National school.
The fourth cake I baked was for my cousin Anna who graduated from Primary school in June.

The last cake I made was an emoji cake. One of the first cakes I made for the blog was a sunglass emoji cake so this time I attempted the winky face emoji.

I hope you all enjoyed today's blog.
Goodbye!

The cake is chocolate fudge with malteasers inside. The girl I bought from a local cake shop but I made the dog and the rest of the decorations on the cake.I also made cupcakes to match the cake decorated with polka-dots,butterflies and flowers.

The second cake I made for a boy.The cake is madeira with butter cream and a chalice on top made from fondant and painted with silver luster dust mixed with water.
I hope you enjoyed today's blog's.Bye!

Tractor cake

Hello!

How are you all today.Last time I was blogging I showed you my birthday cake. Today's blog is about a tractor cake I made for my cousins 21st. The cake is madeira with green butter cream icing and chocolate fingers as the fence and crushed oreos to look like a dry dusty bog.
The cow is made from fondant with cocktail sticks to hold it together. The inside of the tractor is styrofoam carved into a tractor shape. I then iced the styrofoam to make it look like a real Ford tractor.
